Workshop Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Attendee

All notices of cancellation must be sent to Doreen Hart at Hart2HeartAwakenings.com.

If a registrant withdraws from the workshop 7-29 days before the start of the workshop, there will be a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee. Cancellation 7days to the day before the start of the workshop will have a refund minus 20% cancellation fee.

Cancellation by Organizer

If the minimum participants are not met 3 days before the CSW Workshop a full refund will be given to the participants. If for the unlikely event of the instructor being ill and or unable to teach the course the course will either be rescheduled or a full refund will be provided.
