Class Size
Limited to 6–12 participants
Keeping the group intentionally small allows time for individual guidance, thoughtful discussion, meaningful hands-on exploration, and personal reflection.

While some practitioners attending may have training in these or other modalities, this workshop focuses on developing presence, perception, and listening skills that can complement many styles of hands-on work.

Yes.
The workshop includes demonstrations, partner practice, and guided experiential learning. You'll have opportunities to both give and receive so you can better understand the principles from each perspective.

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. Shorts are recommended for some partner practice sessions so you can comfortably work with the legs.
Feel free to bring healthy snacks and beverages with secure lids that best support your body's needs throughout the day.
A notebook is welcome if you enjoy taking notes. A workshop booklet and journal pages will also be provided.
Please bring your own linens and any bolsters you normally use. Massage tables will be provided.
If there's anything you're unsure about before the workshop, please don't hesitate to reach out.

While some participants may have many years of experience, this workshop isn't about how much you already know. It's about developing your ability to notice, listen, and trust what you're perceiving.
